Unlike a retail store, we offer service and not a product. Because of this, we cannot offer a full refund. However, we are willing to work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your order. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us.
Refund for the resume writing service will be 75% of the order amount if your resume has been prepared with the initial draft sent to you already. If we have sent two to three completed revisions, we will refund 60% of the package price. A project that has not yet been started will have a 10% administration fee. You must also inform us in writing that you are not satisfied with the service and request for a refund within two (2) days (48 hours) after receipt of your draft. Fees for resume posting and online resume websites are NON-REFUNDABLE. A formal complaint must be made in case you are not satisfied with the service our company has provided if issues cannot be resolved that refund is unavoidable. A refund request form must be completed to formalize the order cancellation request.
Revisions are sent only during weekdays because our writers work only from Mondays thru Fridays from 9 AM to 8 PM EST. If edits have been submitted for more than four (4) revisions, it is understood that the client is pleased with the draft and wants to proceed with proofreading. For those who availed the package with resume posting in 50 jobsites, be reminded that your resume will only be posted just once. In case a request for resume revision is made and you want it reposted, you will be charged a service fee of not more than $20. If a client availed more than one resume version (especially clients who purchased the Ultimate package with four different versions) and wanted them all to be posted, be reminded that the resumes will not be sent to all 50 posting sites, but the overall submission will be divided into the number of resumes to be posted on the top 50 sites in our list.
The Questionnaire must be returned to us not more than three (3) months after the order date. Otherwise, your order will be forfeited.
This refund policy is enforced without exception because it is understood that this policy has been read and reviewed by the client upon signing. We must do this to protect the company and its employees. If we will not implement this policy, some customers may be tempted to look over the work we made, copy it and express dissatisfaction, then request for a refund.
NOTE: In case you paid for rush work, the rush service fee cannot be refunded if the service was delivered on or before the due date.
The refund policy will not take effect:
- If you have approved the resume.
- If the project has been terminated for reasons unrelated to our service.
- If we do not hear back from you for more than three (3) months.
How the money will be transferred:
If you have paid using your credit card, the refund will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to seven (7) business days before the refund will be credited to your account.
Resume Pro Writers reserve the right to make changes to these refund policy at any time by posting revisions on the site.
